There is also plenty of street parking available if necessary. The living area is fully furnished but the bedroom us currently empty. Rent will be $260/week + bills. Looking for females only. Thanks!

Hi,","We have a 2 bedroom top floor apartment in Rhodes. We are going to be away for some time and plan to rent out the entire apartment for $250 per week. The second bedroom will not be accessible.","You will not be sharing the apartment with anybody. You will have your own lounge/bathroom/bedroom/kitchen/2 balconies. The apartment is fully carpeted and has an air-conditioner in the lounge as well as bedroom","You will have access to TV/wifi internet/Netflix/laundry/dishwasher. The apartment has lovely views of the riverside and the city skyline from the balcony. The apartment is fully furnished with a double bed in the bedroom . You will get 2-3 compartments in the cupboard.","The riverside cycling/jogging track is behind the building. As soon as you step out of the building you land on the banks of the river.","You will also get access to the in-house gym,spa and swimming pool. The apartment is 800 metres from the train station and under 1 km from the Rhodes shopping centre/IKEA/cinemas","You will be charged a flat rate of $25 per week towards electricity/gas/heating/internet in addition to the weekly rent.","The apartment doesn't come with parking. You can park on the street.","A few house rules:","1. No smoking and loud partying","2. The apartment is available only between 4th March - 4th May. From April 17th you will be sharing the house with a single owner who will be back. However the owner will use the second bedroom. Bathroom and kitchen facilities can be shared.","3. The apartment needs to be vaccum cleaned once a week.","4. 1-2 compartments in the fridge will be provided.","6. A 4 week refundable bond needs to be provided which will be refunded (for people that decide to leave before April 17th , the deposit can only be refunded by April 18th as I will be back only then and I need to inspect the place) .If there are damages , then part/or full amount can be deducted.","7. When you move in you pay the deposit and the 1 week rent in advance.","8. No pets please","9. 2 week notice needs to be provided , otherwise you forfeit 2 weeks of the deposit from the total 4 week deposit","10.
