I have a 3-bedroom unit with a shared bathroom. It is very clean, bright and spacious with high ceiling. Very peaceful and loving place with a balcony. There is also a separate laundry room. I have a private bedroom available for rent for a female. Room is available on $210 each weekly (including all bills). The room has built in wardrobes. Very suitable for students. It is unfurnished but I can furnish one of the rooms for additional $20 per week.","It is also very close to amenities and library, with only six minutes walk to train station and bus stop. All electrical appliances are available. A plus point for the ones who drives, as I also have an empty garage.","*** I have posted pictures of rooms that are available for rent.
