Good sized room furnished or unfurnished with own ensuite in great location just 5 mins walk to a beautiful beach in Cabarita Beach. This home would suit someone studying p/t and or working full time. Very relaxed home with a dad and daughter 9 years old (50%of the time) , we are an open minded full of life family that enjoy a peaceful existance and enjoy making the most of our beautiful location. Big swim spa out the back that's used as a pool to dip in and cool down during the summer, vegie garden and chooks create a great little home environment. Females given preference due to young girl running randomly around the place clothed to varying degrees..... I am currently studying and run my own business.
