Our place is situated in Varsity Lakes with easy access to bus stops going to Robina Town Centre, Broadbeach and Southport. We're also just 5 minutes away from Varsity Lakes train station. Our place is ideal for students studying in Bond University as it is just on the other side of the lake. We prefer INTERNATIONAL FEMALE STUDENTS or WORKERS ONLY. You will have your own toilet and bathroom. Our property is a two storey townhouse and the spare bedroom we're renting out is located at the end room so you'll have complete privacy. Our property is newly painted and carpeted and we will appreciate someone who is clean, tidy and respectful. Kitchen and laundry area is open for use. Wifi, water and electricity is included in rent.
