Quiet location off Goodchap street, Noosaville, close to everything. Pool, courtyard with bbq and most mod cons. Suit working single or couple who are respectful, tidy and with good up beat energy to share home with career woman in her 40's, plus an awesome italian man 30 years. Two cats reside here also so not suitable for other pets sorry. Smoking ok outside. Power, water and wifi included.
