Our place is ideal for students studying in Bond University as it is just on the other side of the lake. We prefer INTERNATIONAL FEMALE STUDENTS or WORKERS ONLY. You will have your own toilet and bathroom. Our property is a two storey townhouse and the spare bedroom we're renting out is located at the end room so you'll have complete privacy.
